Lets Talk Contract

Our contract covers basic points, that unless it is agreed upon our pup will not go home with you.

1. You must fix your new puppy by 1 year old. This is new to our contract in hopes people wont simply forget. If you do not get your pup fixed by this time we can and will take you to court. If we sold you limited registration there were reasons either the dog was not breeding quality or we do not think you should breed the puppy. Just because we have listings for our pups at show prices does not mean they will go to show homes unless we evaluate them and that is towards the very end of their stay with us. We will send out reminders to spay/neuter your pup at 10 months so you can make an appointment if you have not already. Please be aware accidents do not happen, if we can keep all our intact dogs in the same home and never have an accident then so can you.
2. If you get a breeding contract with us, your dog can not be bred until age 2 if female and age 1 1/2 if male, and the dog needs to be titled and be a Champion in at least UKC. The female needs to be spayed by age 6 years.
3. ​If you got a breeding contract with us, your dog must be shown unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. This should not need to be said but you must provide adequate food, water, and shelter.
